Reservation Changes and Cancellations

Please inform us in a timely manner via written communication regarding any changes or cancellations related to your reservation, in order to avoid unnecessary charges.

In the event of a cancellation, our policy is as follows:

  • For cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (3 weeks or earlier), a full refund of the paid amount will be issued.
  • For cancellations made between 20 and 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (from 3 weeks up to 2 weeks), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made 13 days or fewer prior to the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.
  • In exceptional cases, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel a reservation or to modify, replace, or withdraw any service, facility, or provision without prior notice, if deemed necessary. In such a case, the accommodation is obliged to refund the full amount paid for the reservation and will make every effort to secure alternative accommodation of at least the same category in the same city, offering comparable amenities and services.
  • For non-refundable reservations, the total amount is charged at the time of booking confirmation, and no modifications or cancellations are allowed.
  • Charges are made either via bank transfer or credit card at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • The accommodation reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation in the case of a no-show without prior notice.
